Wow wow! We had the opportunity to taste the wonderful culinary skills of Chef Adam from Sydney! The crabs were really sweet and sedap, each leg pulled out from the body had a lump of white juicy meat, so sweet and succulent. Dip it into that chilli crab sauce (rempah specially blended by Adam).....the taste was heavenly....and with the company of great friends, what else can we ask for?! Oh! Not forgetting the fried chilli tang hoon. So QQ at every bite, add the chilli crabs sauce on it....Ooh la la!
Before we tucked into the crabs, we cleared our pallets with refreshing lo hei...a very different kind. Not the sweet type that's sold commercially but a special concoction by the Tan family. It was truly refreshing, with just lettuce, chilli, ginger and sai to fish. All thinly sliced. Added with a twist of refreshing lime juice.....wah....I'm getting hungry again. Are you salivating?
