Istana had an open house yesterday in celebration of the coming National Day. As the MAH-Sters hadn't been there before, we thought, why not? Just to have a look. Besides, they had an Art theme with an Art competition and some open air music...MAH-Tai thought it was the SSO playing but alas! It was some school band lah...
Walking in the Istana is like walking in Botanic Gardens. Lots of trees and there's also a golf course! The whole experience was just calming. Very relaxing, watching MAH-Let play at the play area, having an ice cream, sitting on a chair under a shady tree and listening to the band play...
