The MAH-Sters: 1 Night on the SuperStar Aquarius

Yippy! We got to cruise again! But only a short 1 night cruise on the SuperStar Aquarius. This ship is the former Norwegian Wind which had sailed in Hawaii before coming to this part of the world.

The MAH-Sters were joined by the Yangsters and the Wong family, that is Gloria, Michael and the lovely Nicole.

After checking in, we headed staright to the dining room. However, there are only 2 main dining rooms for 700+ paxs! The Chinese restaurant - Dynasty, which we wanted to try was already full and the wait was like an hour over! As this was only a 1 nighter cruise, we couldn't afford to wait. We headed to the buffet restaurant instead, which was also packed with people. We had to hurry as we wanted to watch the evening show. Unlike the Virgo, this ship only has 1 show and at dinner time. Very bad time planning.

After dinner, we rushed for the show. By the time we got there, we had already missed 20 mins of the 45 mins show.

We booked a karaoke room for 9pm, and since we had some time after the show, the kids and daddies went to the arcade for a couple of games, while the mummies stood at the open deck for a relaxing chat.

Everyone enjoyed the karaoke session, especially when MAH-Ge and Alvin were able to find the song Jit Ba Ban ($1 million). Even the kids can sing it now! Unfortunately, I'd forgotten to whip out the camera to record that until much later :(
