Brazilian Night

The Yang-Sters and the MAH-Sters went Brazil on Saturday Night. We ate at the Brazil Churrascaria in 6th Avenue and I must say! The food was truly divine! The moment we got there, we hit the salad bar, which had a large variety of hot and cold, cooked and raw vegetable dishes.

While tucking in to our greens, the waiters brought the meat in skewers to us. 1st, there was hot ham, then beef tenderloin, lamb, garlic beef, fish...the meats came fast and furious! We hadn't even finished 1 meat, the others just came rushing in! Definitely couldn't handle the speed! It was so quick that we were out by 8pm! Imagine we had only been there at 7pm! The service was excellent. The staff there were friendly and jovial. Definitely a place to recommend!

After dinner, we headed for ice cream at Island Creamery. That was another sinful indulgence. We shared a brownie with cookies and cream ice cream, a mud pie and we had a milk shake each. With all that food, MAH-Ge suggested having tea to clear the oil and fats in our systems. A quiet place where we can chat while the children play. Liyen suggested Fullerton...

Great choice! The ambience at the lobby lounge was cosy and the hostess' service was a very personal one too. She had a way with the kids! And MAH-Let enjoyed chatting with her. Even the koi in the koi pool were friendly! While the mummies chat, the daddies brought the kids to the koi pool to pat the koi while the koi kissed the children's hands! Wonder if the fish had interviews before getting employed into Fullerton's koi pool! Hahaha....
