This is how we spent our New Year's Eve...together with our friends Cindy and Jimmy, we took a drive down town, hoping to catch a glimpse of the fireworks which was happening at Marina Bay. But the road towards that place was getting a little congested. We ended up making a detour to Ah Bor's place at Costa Rhu, set up our table and had deliciously divine chocolate fondue with starwberries, apples, bananas and cherries and ice cream...ooohhhhh. The wind that night was wondrous and we were kept cool the whole night! Glad that our tiny fire for our fondue didn't get blown off constantly!
We popped our sparkling wine when the fireworks came on. And although we were a little far and blocked by the Sheares Bridge, we were still awed by the beautiful little lights and the thunderous booms. Unfortunately, our camera wasn't good enough and we couldn't capture nice pictures of the fireworks.
